(1) When you're committing a premeditated robbery and murder at a marijuana grow operation, don't take your phone with you. Google is tracking you, and will turn your location data over to the police.
(2) If you're an attorney and the plaintiff to the lawsuit, you can't be the one to personally serve it on the defendant. It's got to be someone else. Otherwise the default judgment is void.
